Join the NikSoft team to scale your career to the next level. Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as a Cybersecurity Risk expert supporting the cybersecurity Risk Management group. The candidate will identify, schedule, and track progress on multiple projects and tasks including Aggregating Data from Multiple Sources Navigating technical documents to identify necessary data for conducting system assessments, recognize inconsistencies and accurately aggregate results Lead Technical Discussions Conduct a high frequency of meetings with system stakeholders (ISSOs, Business Owners, BPLs, PMs) to perform the assessments, validate data and fill critical information gaps Understand assessment methodology and guide stakeholders so that the responses reflect an accurate interpretation of assessment questions Instinctively pose follow-up questions to stakeholders that elicit additional information necessary for a complete and accurate system assessment Provide Project Management Support including Maintaining an accurate log of activities for assigned systems from process initiation through completion Use quantitative metrics to track project progress and offer ideas for streamlining processes The candidate will support the mission of the Priority System Assessment by using data analytics, programming such as Python and or R, preparing data reports for senior level meetings, providing direction to team on activities of the week, support team in preparing timely deliverables and tracking action items. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant Cybersecurity field, and 10+ years of overall experience. 5+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, and project management experience. The candidate must be experienced with program and project management fundamentals, including scheduling, business analysis, and stakeholder management. Candidate must have cybersecurity experience, including knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies, changing threat landscapes, and cybersecurity policy, governance, and strategy. Candidate must be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple teams in a collaborative environment. The candidate will hold strong skills in management planning including reporting and tracking. This candidate must understand the business and risk management process, risk mitigation, and risk tracking. Additionally, a strong knowledge of cyber security, information security and knowledge of network components. The candidate will hold strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal, team and organization skills. This candidate must be able to clearly define tasking, communicate topics to leadership through concise and succinct presentations, and to organize meeting preparation materials. The candidate must have strong knowledge of MS Office products to include PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. The candidate must have a strong data analytics background using Tableau, QLIK, Analytics Solver, XL Miner, R Code, and Python. Candidates must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (ship or required). Additionally, candidates must not have traveled outside of the USA for a combined period not to exceed 6 months within the last 5 years.
