Description SAIC is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst who is able to do Assessment and Authorization (AA) analysis to manage customer required Risk Management Framework (RMF) efforts for Computer Network Defense (CND) system. This role will work collaboratively with Information Technology (IT) Engineers and System Administrators to conduct Cyber Security analysis, mitigation, remediation, and monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable DoD and Department of the Navy (DoN) policies, procedures, and regulations. This position is located in North Charleston, SC and supports the U.S. Navy. Support the oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring that the security posture is sustained and that the residual level of risk is always at an acceptable level. Work proactively to protect computer networks and systems and investigate security breaches, protect the authenticity and confidentiality of sensitive information stored on digital devices, and support all phases of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Assessment and Authorization (AA). Conduct assessment reviews to ensure compliance in regards to applicable IAVs, CTOs, STIGs, or other mandated policies and ensure all security-relevant information system software, hardware, and firmware is maintained and documented IAW pertinent Configuration Management Plans. Notify the Project IAOIAMISSM when changes occur that might affect the system security posture andor the system accreditation and ensure system security requirements are addressed during all phases of the information system life cycle. Review and maintain VRAM tracking for Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA), Information Assurance Vulnerability Bulletins (IAVB) and other Cyber Directives. Travel Anticipated travel is 10 or less of time. Candidate must have or be able to obtain a US Passport. Qualifications Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience Masters and three (3) years of related experience or nine (9) years of related experience without a degree. Must have an active Secret security clearance and must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) process. Experience with DISA STIG (Security Technical Implementation Guides) compliance. Working knowledge of eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service). One or more of these security certifications CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.
