**Tech Infrastructure Analyst II**The Tech Infrastructure Analyst II performs installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems software and hardware for multi-user server computers. Working independently under general supervision, this job maintains end user needs by ensuring the uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the computers are within established operational guidelines. This job uses their knowledge of computer languages and operations to find and fix problems in computer networks, such as network communications errors, storage problems, and malfunctioning server platforms**Key Responsibilities and Duties**•Monitoring and respond to GIS CORE production support event failures, follow remediation steps and escalate as documented• Execution of scripts as directed by SME• Perform the SOD, Intraday and EOD checklist• Escalation as documented.• Perform documented Health Checks• Respond to AD HOC requests• Interaction with Data vendors as documented• Perform documented release steps associated with changes.• Interaction with Data vendors as documented.**Qualifications**+ 2 Years Required; 3 Years Preferred+ University (Degree), Preferred**Physical Requirements**+ Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work**Preferred Education**+ University (Degree)**Career Level**6ICLevel 1 Production Support: Monitor systems and perform pre-arranged scripts to resolve issues and escalate. Maintain and update tickets.Required Skills:+ Experience with Enterprise batching and ITSM ticketing systems.+ Experience preforming documented release tasks ITSM standards/methodologies.Preferred Skills:+ Experience with ServiceNow, or Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)+ Experience with Autosys, ActiveBatch, IBM Sterling Integrator, or MoveIt.+ Experience with Excel and SQL query+ Server remote login Windows Servers+ Server login UNIX /LINUX and basic commands and mappings+ FTP+ BS in Computer Science or relate field.Potential Salary: $81,000.00 USDActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
