We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure team-someone who can maintain and ensure exceptional performance and reliability from our core systems both on premise and in Cloud. If you are intimately proficient in the administration of large-scale enterprise environments and enjoy working in a team first environment -Then this role is for you.The role will perform the following (but not limited to) tasks:
- The Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of Hybrid cloud-based Infrastructure.
- Work closely with IT and business stakeholders as a go to engineer to ensure our systems are running smoothly, and efficiently.
- Proactively identifies needs for improvements, process improvements, capacity changes, Plans and implements upgrades and patches to stay on current versions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development, test and production environments.
- Participates in on-call duties and planned or un-planned weekend/evening work.
- 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Network or Systems engineer.
- Experience in an On-Premise/Private/Public Cloud with a focus on VMWare and Microsoft Server Technologies.
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting , routing protocols, access control lists, and firewall,VPN.
- Working knowledge of VMware, VSphere, NSX, SRM, HCX, vRealize.
- Working knowledge of AWS, VPC, SG's and EC2 instances.
