Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Infrastructure Engineer with demonstrated experience providing support and technical advice during conceptualization, development, and implementation phases to transform requirements for working solutions. This includes involvement with users to define system scope and objectives, as well as writing and executing test cases.

This mid-level, full-time position is in Falls Church, VA. Please note: the position is fully teleworked until COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are lifted.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years' experience working in IT.
• 3-5 years of experience with any of the following technologies: AWS, VMWare, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Must be proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripting tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef.
• Must have working knowledge of CI/CD processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Duties:

• Must be able to serve as the infrastructure engineer on a high-performing DevSecOps team.
• Consulting with client stakeholders on strategies for deployment of new cloud technology implementations, monitoring and optimization of existing equipment.
• Delivering end-to-end infrastructure management solutions in a cloud environment.
• Improving infrastructure operations through better use of monitoring, cloud coding and scripting best practices.
• Automating infrastructure migration to cloud environments.
• Implementing cloud governance, build, deployment and monitoring standards for the clients.

Desired Skills:

• Strategic thinker with a drive to get all types of work done and a high attention to detail.
• Multi-Cloud experience is highly desired.
• Certifications in AWS, Azure, or both is desired.
• Excellent ability to communicate across all mediums and settings; superior consulting abilities
