Post Holdings is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer well versed in multiple cloud platform, with an emphasis on secure compute platforms in a Zero Trust environment. This role will provide responsive and professional support for our diverse cloud environments, supporting internal platform teams as well as enabling necessary integrations to advance business capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a cloud infrastructure engineer capable of leading discussions around architecture and platform solutions, while handling maintenance activities related to incident tickets and platform patching and stability. This role is part of our Workforce Productivity and Cloud Infrastructure team and will participate in process improvement and technology migration activities related to their area of responsibility.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years experience with Azure platform, including OS, Tenant, Network, Storage, and Security
  • Familiarity with secure cloud concepts including firewalls, NSGs, and Azure security toolsets
  • Experience interfacing with and managing relationships with SaaS services
  • Ability to evaluate and provide summarized recommendations for new technology solutions
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills (proficiency in Excel, Visio, Word and PowerPoint)

This is a HYBRID Role. Work from home on Mondays and Fridays. In the office, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.


A Candidate with Advanced Qualifications will have:

  • Azure certifications commiserate with level of job experience
  • Additional cloud platform experience and/or certifications in AWS or GCP
  • ITIL Foundation certification or higher
  • Cross-functional skillset with hardware, software and networking experience/certifications
  • RemedyForce or SalesForce experience
  • Work history in consumer product goods
  • Knowledge of and understanding of security best practices


  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired
  • Proven team player who is not only able to provide, but accept creative ideas, strategies, and criticisms as part of a decision-making unit
  • Strong written, spoken, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
  • Desire to stay on top of IT technologies and trends in and out of their area of expertise
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly consume and summarize large amounts of information, spot issues early, then provide creative solutions to those problems
  • Must be able to work in a result-oriented, rapidly changing, and dynamic environment
  • Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and projects with various and changing levels of priority and difficulty
