We are looking for candidates with a strong background and proven experience in cyber and networking research and development for Full-Time positions in our Cyber Security research group. Candidates will work with teams to research, conceive and develop prototypes, and should be adept at identifying successful approaches to complex problems. Research areas of interest include, but are not limited to bull Full-spectrum cyber operations, including CND, CNE, CNA, and CNO. bull Experience with large-scale commercial telecommunications hardware, software, protocols, standards and operational procedures. bull Configuration, debugging and administration experience with carrier grade routers, transport switches, and firewalls from Juniper, Cisco, Fortinet, and other US and international vendors bull Experience in leading the test, measurement, and integration of prototyped software, hardware, and systems capabilities. bull Expertise in Ghidra and other reverse engineering tools is required bull Lead trade studies, analysis of alternatives and develop CONOPS bull Program analysis, including understanding, vulnerability identification, and remediation bull Experience with Malware analysis bull Software-defined networking for cyber defense and deception bull Wired and wireless systems architectures and protocols Qualifications Requires Bacheloraposs (or equivalent) with 15-20 years of experience or a Masteraposs with 13 - 15 years of experience or PhD with 10-13 years of experience. bull PhD in Computer ScienceEngineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field OR Master's degree is preferred. bull U.S. Citizen with TS SCI Clearance strongly preferred bull Past experience as a technicalintegration lead on at least one major effort bull Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to support customer-facing roles. bull Ability and desire to quickly acquire knowledge of new subject matter areas bull Past experience in business development including idea generation, whitepapers, and proposals bull Place of performance College Park, Md.
