Note-We need Chief Big Data Architect here or someone who is working as a Head of Big Data Architect ,who can handle 100+ members of team (Includes Developers, Leads Architects) Detailed JD- The Head of Data Engineering must be an analytic and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across a complex regulated environment. Heshe must be a technically current, business-savvy leader with hands-on experience and extensive qualifications in the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of data technology roadmaps that continuously balance innovation, speed, operability and efficiency. Heshe must have the ability to remove roadblocks and obstacles when driving toward common organizational objectives, and communicate the vision of clients data management approach. IDEAL EXPERIENCE 10+ years of enterprise data leadership experience Leading teams focused on advanced data mining, data governance, data platforms, data quality, etc. 10+ years of experience in financial services or other regulated industries Experience building a serverless data environment AWS experience is strongly preferred, as well as Snowflake, Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, HBase and NoSQL. Team leadership of more than 75 employees Ideally, has led teams across a variety of data and technology domains. Bachelor's degree in STEM field required master's degree preferred Preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
