Business Development Executive
Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience plus OTE £30,000
Are you an experienced Business Development Executive with a background in selling a service on a B2B basis? Do you enjoy the thrill of hooking a client's interest and earning big commission?
You will be joining a dynamic and leading telecoms business that are still looking to expand despite the current climate. They have an established brand name that have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join their team.
The business offers a clear and genuine progression route for high calibre individuals wanting a career in a specialist and consultative sector whilst moving away from aggressive sales.
As part of the first sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers by making outbound sales calls and appointment setting for the field sales team. This is a rare opportunity to be an integral part with a new, exciting and growing telecommunications business which can service all the UK market.
· Generate a targeted number of leads and new customers each week.
· Landscape and prospect our customer database.
· Manage customer relationships and maintain contact with key company decision makers.
· Generate pipeline and sales.
· Discuss contract negotiations with customers.
· Reporting and updating of sales planning as required.
· Achieving customer satisfaction with after sales support.
· Be self-managed, responsible and highly ambitious.
- All applicants must have proven outbound business to business telesales experience, telemarketing experience in the Telecoms industry.
- As well as the right experience we need someone with the right attitude - hard working you will be self motivated and driven, capable of generating results without being micro managed by KPIs.
- You will be someone who always wants to do well and contribute to team success as well as meeting and exceeding your own personal targets.
