Ideally you will have previous experience in working with Mobile Service Providers/Operators - African regions would be a bonus - and a proven track record in business development and general management, able to open up conversations and nurture complex projects to help get services up and running.

Key Accountabilities:

Managing the relationship for all MNOs in South Africa and Kenya, focusing on project delivery, business development and account management, you will develop new Operator relationships within other African regions and drive launch of Fraud Protection Services in new territories.

Key account manager for Mobile Operators initially within South Africa and Kenya – engaging with various stakeholders within each business to ensure our client is perceived as a trusted partner.
Negotiate MNO partnership contracts and agree commercial terms.
Work with internal teams to ensure service launch and overseeing BAU performance.
Source best commercial opportunities through partner channel.
Develop new business opportunities with the Operators to grow FPS revenues and explore new ways to collaborate.
Own all MNO approval processes, ensuring our client meets all contractual obligations.
Report to MNO business owners on financial performance and business development strategy.
Initiate contact with MNOs in other African regions and educate about FPS services.
Develop onboarding MNO roadmap and lead growth strategy of territory roll out.
Key Skills:

Problem solving - Work with customers identifying their requirements and providing the most appropriate solution.
Decision making - Judge commercial importance over strategic value and make appropriate decisions, gaining maximum benefit for the business.
Planning & organising - Liaise with UK sales team to ensure partnership opportunities are lined up to support new territory roll out.
Influencing & relationships - Manage key enterprise partners that are engaged with key strategic initiatives.
Communication - Outline and define complex customer requirements and present clear solutions.
