Big Data Strategy and Governance Analyst -
Advises technical leaders of large-scale analyst modernization program with respect to data environment to ensure that modernization programs, applications and data bases preserve and enrich data available for analysis.
Supports Data Warehouse Manager by supervising Agency's and/or COCOM's data handling compliance with policy and legal authorities.Oversees design, test, and deployment of automated data oversight and auditing solutions.
Create and manage agile project plans, and execute work accordingly.
Monitors and reports on Agency's and/or COCOM's use of data.
Tracks and approves dataset user access requests.
Collaborates with matrixed Training and Development Specialists to update existing and/or create new data-handling compliance training courses and materials.
Develops an engagement and communications strategy for DIA's compliance requirements, and both administers and tracks compliance-related training.


This role requires an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance.

A Bachelors degree is required for this position.

Bachelor's degree.
9-12 years
Active Top Secret clearance.
Experience working with or guiding teams in a big data environment.
Possess understanding of automated data workflow operation, construction and considerations such as SOAR platform solutions and ease of implementation/use
Experience conducting analytics for business, IT, or operations management, to include creation of visual reports and/or reporting dashboards

Experience providing demonstrably effective IT related governance support on projects similar to the size, scope, and complexity of the work and environment, ensuring that customers realized positive benefits from new tools, policies, and procedures that were provided.
Experience developing and delivering effective data compliance to Federal agencies with ability to show positive results.
Experience working with IT stakeholders to develop and enhance data management compliance.

The successful candidate shall:
Utilize change management techniques and procedures to execute activities as it relates to driving data efficiency in the government organization.
Interact with all key stakeholders to build a business case for change.
Define and implement measures of change management performance, producing and presenting regular management analysis and reports.
Evolve the change process by innovating automated methods for ways of discovering, logging and delivering change while reducing risks and improving stability.
Have experience in coordinating communications between various teams supporting applications and the user community.

Have experience supporting the missions of analysts in the Defense Intelligence Agency or Combatant Commands.

Have experience supporting technology modernization in support of intelligence analysts.

Certificates that would be nice to have:
Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
Project Management Professional (PMP)
