AI Technical Lead

AI Technical Lead designs and develops scalable solutions using AI tools and machine-learning models. Also performs research and testing to develop machine learning algorithms and predictive models initiative or technology. Typically, AI technical leads do not have direct reports or management responsibilities. They can lead a small team of AI engineers as well as perform as an individual contributor during the assigned project or task. They will use their advanced technical skills and leadership ability to help solve tough collaboration and social computing problem.


  • Lead AI engineering teams in the architecture and implementation of solutions to solve challenging collaboration and the computing problems.
  • Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency and leadership in producing software solutions that address company requirements and needs.
  • Monitor team performance and progress and prepare reports about his team work.
  • Stay up-to-date on advances within the Al field, both in industry and academia
  • Participating in building new experiences, improve existing products, ensure quality assurance test designs and contributing to test systems architecture discussions.
  • Understand the business problem, challenge of existing technologies and areas of application for AI technologies.
  • Identify and choose the right AI or cognitive computing technologies for solving problems and formulate AI recipes for development.
  • Work alongside leading innovators in the field of deep learning and health care, play a critical role in algorithm development.
  • Analyze and evaluate data and build deep networks to detect or predict features, while effectively balancing quality, availability, timeliness and cost factors.
Required Skills

  • Intuitive sense of how to architect high performance distributed computing systems for machine learning & tie them to business problems.
  • Strong background in machine learning and parallel processing pipelines.
  • Experience in working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL).
  • Proven ability to work independently to learn new technologies, techniques, processes, languages, platforms, systems.
  • Demonstrated success using Al frameworks such as TensorFlow, Torch, or Keras.

and education:
  • +3 years of software engineering experience or a master's degree in quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering or related field required, with significant focus on deep learning.
  • BC.S in Computer Science or a related discipline


This is a full-time exempt position. After hours and on- call work may be required.
