You will take an engineering-based approach to design and augment existing DevSecOps operations using Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics and be part of a team that will revolutionize the way software is delivered at John Hancock.Key Accountabilities include:Define and design the AIOps platform, tools and solutionCreate cognitive automations to resolve real operations problemsBuild machine learning models and algorithmsDevelop smart/intelligent Cloud AutomationDevelop Chatbot and intelligent Assistant solutionsMentor and train others on the team on the relevant technologyRequired Skills for this role are as follows:DevOps knowledge and experience (CI/CD, Process Automation)Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in systems development, application design and architecture, infrastructure and/or tools.Scripting and software development (Python & R Programming)Cloud foundations and services (Azure,)Microservices (Azure app services or Azure Kubernetes Services)Containers (Docker and Kubernetes)Data engineering (Data modeling and big data - (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, Hive, or HBase))Machine learning frameworks applicable for operational efficiencies.Monitoring tools (New Relic, Kibana, Datadog or Splunk etc. )Version control (Git, GitLab)Curiosity and innovative mindset, Thought leadershipPreferred competencies:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study and/or job experience.Broad expertise in IT operations (monitoring and supporting Multi-Cloud Environments)Expertise in applying statistical methods, analysis, pattern recognition and modeling on IT operational dataHands-on experience in extracting meaningful data from incoming data streams from different sources.Hands-on experience in applying machine learning techniques and algorithmsExperience/knowledge on various IT infrastructure components that includes server Infrastructure, middle ware, database, application architectures and Cloud Components as well as service management tools, ServiceNowExperience/knowledge with chatbot and assistant technologiesThis is a full time permanent role located in Boston, MA.LI-JH-JHC If you are ready to unleash your potential its time to start your career with Manulife/John Hancock.
