Wholesale Product Manager - Mobile Telecoms

Our client is one of the major solution providers in providing analytics solutions for Mobile Network Telecommunication Service Providers.

The client is looking for a customer-facing Product Manager who has worked extensively on wholesale agreements. The client is interested in people both that have been Product Managers in that past and also those that have not been a Product Manager before but have a depth of understanding of wholesale agreements, clearinghouses and billing etc.

Ideally the person would know the technology behind wholesale roaming and how it works so they they can listen to customers pain points / requirements and then come up with workable features for the roaming analytics product road map etc.

Our client is a 1400 person international Telecoms Software vendor with a background in Roaming Analytics, Fraud, Revenue Assurance and Security solutions.

The client has payrolls set up in the USA, UK, Portugal, Hong Kong and India (where R&D is) but are happy to hire people in other countries as long as the person invoices them.

The Product Manager will be responsible for:

Gathering requirements from end customers / market feedback
Translating requirements to work with the R&D side to ensure successful implementation
Defining the product roadmaps across the portfolio and their longer term strategy
Contributing towards product marketing activities
Contributing towards presales activities (acting as a product subject matter expert if the sales teams need assistance).
Market analysis
Attending trade shows and engagement with industry bodies.
