MBR Partners is looking for a VP Sales Europe for a high-growth Telco Software company that is in the region or 200-300 million USD revenue by the end of the financial year and has a plan to scale to around 1 billion before an eventual IPO.

The role would involve driving the sales team to close complex deals with Telco Service Providers in Europe. The team is around 25-30 people split across sales and presales but that is expected to grow both organically and through acquisition.

A strong, hands-on sales leader is required who can make the difference personally on closing key deals with the Service Providers in Europe. Candidates should have experience selling software such as OSS, BSS, VAS, NFV, Core Network, Service Assurance, Network Security, RAN Network Centric AI, O-RAN etc.

The salary will be flexible depending on the value the candidate brings.
