About Our Team Lenovo's Data Center Group, Cloud Service Provider (DCG, CSP) Segment isseeking a qualified Offering Delivery Team Lead (ODTL) whose primary missionis to lead cross-functional, cross-geography project team (ODT team) to plan,execute and deliver DCG CSP Offerings and Solutions - major focus on storageproduct line. The Data Center Group is innovating the future-defined datacenter, today. From the simplest to the most complex IT environments for alltypes of workloads, our servers, storage, networking and solutions helpmaximize the potential of data centers. What You'll Do The is an individual contributor role that requires senior level projectmanagement and operations skills, the ability to communicate comfortably bothverbally and in writing at a senior business leadership level (Director, ExecDirector, VP), and strong critical thinking skills. The ODTL must be willingto work "outside the box" to find solutions and solve problems in a deadlinedriven environment, to make sure the assigned project can be delivered on timeand controlled within budget. Responsibilities: • Understand and manage project scope to deliver within the time / costrestraints • Ensure E2E process will be executed as designed and identify and communicategaps • Ownership and management of project deliverable • Lead the ODT team to understand the project charter and to complete projectobjectives • Ensure appropriate team membership / functional representation • Develop and execute project schedule • Manage the Decision Checkpoint Process for the project • Monitor execution, Drive functional commitments to deliver, and Providetimely / accurate project status updates • Own project risk management planning and change control • Escalate issues to management level as required • Performs regular Lessons Learned with the team to ensure project and processimprovements are captured Position Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Background and experience with server product line is required • 7+ years of experience managing complex projects Preferred Qualifications: • Work experience in OEM/ODM/System Integration companies in Data Centerindustry is preferred • PMI preferred • MBA is a plus • Strong customer focus and business sense on financial P analysis • Fluent English oral, written and communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic multi-culture environment withglobal function team across different time zones • Strong cross-functional collaboration across diverse stakeholders to ensureresponsiveness to deliverable and deadlines, alignment with projectimperatives, and drive action • Ability to lead effectively through complexity and ambiguity, with strongcritical thinking, analysis skills and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and beflexible and creative. • Ability to maintain composure and perseverance in a deadline-drivenenvironment • Familiar with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project schedule tools Why Lenovo?
