Sr Ecosystem Architect, Partner Engagement, works closely with both existing and potential partners will lead the architectural design and solution components of highly complex, often business-critical multi-application environments to enable and unlock new value streams for partners and customers.
The role will be the technical prime in leading solution and ecosystem development encompassing software platforms within a partner’s environment as well as adjacent Orchestration and/or Automation tools and systems.
Candidates will have a strong OSS / IT / Networking background and a proven track record in a Pre-sales or Solution Architecture role with a software company in the Communication Service Provider market and a passion for working with cloud-native software and opensource developers.
The Ecosystem Architect will help define the ecosystem program, advise on technology partnership priorities, enable partners in technical understanding of BP Products, collaborate with, and work closely with other internal teams (Pre-sales, Product Management, Engineering etc.) to support joint partner/customer meetings.
Develop strong relationships with partners and work closely with their sales teams to build out technically sound joint ecosystem solutions and use cases utilizing my clients solutions.
Prepare presentation materials, demos, etc., attend, and lead meetings as needed.
Lead and build the solution creation and drives value for as part of emerging ecosystem engagements.
Liaise with PLM, Sales, Engineering, Delivery, and Partner Technical Primes to create the best overall solution for the partner/customer/ecosystem.
Ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and provide maximum benefit to my client and aligned to market needs.
Provides an outside-in view on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the segment.
Seek opportunities to improve operational models, seeking opportunities for automation to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Take an active interest in the evolution of best practices in the industry and ongoing knowledge of my client's solutions.
The ideal person will:
Have extensive examples of leading the development of solution architectures of large technology-enabled business transformations encompassing a wide range of emerging technologies.
Be a trusted adviser, with a track record of advising senior executives on executing value-led technical transformation within leading organisations;
Have a deep understanding of software systems integration and/or previous experience working with systems integrators e.g. Accenture, IBM, HP, Capgemini etc.
Poses a Good high-level knowledge of OSS / NFV Systems.
Understanding of future telecom architectures around Virtualization (ETSI NFV ISG, ONF, ONAP etc).
Demonstrate a general understanding of network technologies including IP, MPLS, Ethernet and Mobile technologies (4G/LTE, 5G Core and RAN)
Strong presentation skills and experience in leading technical discussions.
English Language is must, others welcome
