Our client is a Tel Aviv-based legal tech start-up venture, has created a litigation platform that uses artificial intelligence (‘AI’) to automate legal research and argument assessment in relation to High Court applications. The platform uses state of the art machine learning algorithms to autonomously review arguments, suggest counter arguments and fall-backs, and recommend preferred procedural steps.
Their clients include the likes Slaughter and May, Freshfields, Taylor Wessing and Baker McKenzie.
Having established the solution with strong reference accounts they are now looking for their first UK based hire.
Sales Director, UK
Our client is looking for an authentic people person with a drive for results to manage our ongoing efforts in the UK market. As our first on-the-ground Sales Manager / Director in London, you will be tasked with laying the foundations of a UK-based sales team and for driving sales to large, midsize and small law firms across the country.
This role is based in London, but candidates should be ready to travel when needed.

The job
You will have overall responsibility for sales, client development and strategic planning for the region
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including nurturing developing accounts
Identify and develop opportunities to foster new partnerships
Work with key customers to ensure their continued growth
You will make pitches and serve as a brand ambassador across the country
Take charge of ongoing market analysis to understand customer needs and formulate new methods of closing sales
Build a team capable of meeting aggressive short and long-term KPIs
Represent LitiGate at industry events to spread awareness of the product and generate qualified leads

Your qualifications
You should have at least 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
Experience selling to law firms is a must
Knowledge of one or more CRMs is a big advantage - Salesforce, Hubspot etc
You should have proven success at building sales teams at scale
You should also have proven success at closing deals and meeting targets
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
Impeccable presentation and communication skills are a must
Deep understanding of the UK legal ecosystem is a plus
A university degree is required
