A Technical Delivery Engineer that will be responsible for the delivery of my our client's projects to the customers, acting as the technical resource to support the project managers.
This position will work with the customer to deploy successfully our client's applications and services, providing the expected value to the customer and optimizing the time to market.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are important, and candidates must be able to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure. A willingness to learn and adapt is also needed.
Work on the products' installation, configuration and tuning, for the whole portfolio.
Be involved in diagnostic’s and analytic’s deployments, including new systems’ installations, upgrades and expansions of existing customers’ systems, new reporting development and customization.
Provide technical direction for the low-level design and systems’ integration during the projects’ implementation.
Be able to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues, taking ownership and proactively resolving technical problems.
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams, working cross-functionally with Technical Support, Engineering and Product Management.
Produce and maintain project documentation and share the knowledge among the team.
Take ownership and drive a great customer experience with each project’s delivery, contributing to customer satisfaction and amplifying the value of the products and services.
Bachelor’s degree related to telecommunications, engineering, computer science.
Broad multi-vendor product knowledge, mainly focusing on mobile network technologies and architecture (3G/4G/5G)
Good understanding of standard IT technologies
Knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, containers, and microservices
Basic scripting skills (Python, Bash)
