ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you looking for a position in a dynamic and growing industry? We are now hiring an Intern/co-op Human Resources.
The Human Resource Intern/co-op is responsible for ensuring that the human resources department runs smoothly. Duties include assisting employees with benefits questions, distributing benefit information and maintaining employee files. Additional clerical and administrative duties may be assigned.
The ideal candidate is hard working, independent and reliable. The ideal candidate will be very detailed and able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of employees.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and/or Certifications/Licensures:
Minimum: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resource
Preferred: Pursuing a MS in Human Resources Management; Business Administration
An intern can be a student pursuing a degree or recent grad (no more then 6months post graduation).
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum: 1 year of practical experience or 2 years of curriculm in Human Resource
Preferred: 2 years in a corporate environment with HR related responsibilities and college course work completed.
Technical Skills:
Minimum: MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel
Preferred: Proficient in MS Word; PowerPoint; MS Outlook; Excel (V-look up; Access); HRIS; SAP
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift/carry materials, move about the office, turn on and operate a computer in the applicable environment, communicate efficiently and effectively on the telephone or in person, and complete required paperwork.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Standard indoor office environment.

HR Manager
POSITION INTERACTS WITH:
Company staff and management, client company staff and management, vendors, suppliers and contractors.
