Job Description

The primary job duty of the Inside-sales specialist is to track and follow-up on software renewal leads received generated from the company's software management program. A rigorous attention to detail and outstanding phone and email follow-up are required. The vast majority of the work will be done by phone and by email with considerable verbal and written correspondence with prospects.

The primary functions are:

Manage software renewal Leads
Develop and maintain a customer database
Qualify leads, source and develop client referrals
Prepare sales action plans and schedules
Make sales calls to new clients
Negotiate with clients
Make commercial proposals
Maintain sales activity records and reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns
Ensure customer service satisfaction and excellent client relationships

Work Experience:
1. At least 3 years of experience in Inside-sales

2. A polished approach to IS with minimal supervision

3. Proven track record in successful conversions

4. Ability to gather information from the Internet regarding potential customers

5. Proven successful sales experience, large MNC background is of interest experience of sales throughout the region

6. Academic background related to Sales/business – Advantage

7. Capable of taking control of sales inquiries via different sales channels

Skills & qualities
1. Strong sales skills

2. Fluent English - written and spoken with superb communication skills. Additional languages - Advantage

3. Native level German and high level of English

4. Experience with Dynamic CRM – Advantage.

5. Efficient and organized

6. Excellent phone personality

7. Ability to work and communicate with potential customers from all around the region
