Job summary
As a member of the Consulting Operations team, the Business Planning Director will play a key role in supporting Communications EMEA Consulting Management in understanding the state of the business and providing pivotal input to business decisions. This person will work closely with the RVP of EMEA to provide a consolidated view of the business. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, organized and reliable. He or she must be able to handle multiple priorities and be able to address key business challenges with senior stake holders.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
This position reports to the Senior Director, Business Planning for the Communications Business.

Key Result Areas
• Consolidate and analyze a complete financial picture of the business.
• Provide pivotal metrics that drive decision making
• Support recruiting and manage subcontracting process
• Ensure process consistency among regions and assist with building out Best Practices across the Consulting organization
• Assist with integration activities as needed
• Track Management dashboards
• Assist performing competitive analysis, pricing strategy, contract reviews when needed.
• Responsible for directing resource management staff and compensation and bonus process.
• Manage at least two direct reports.

Experience & educational/knowledge requirements
• Proven track record of supporting consulting organizations. Manage day to day business and support it through aggressive growth.
• 8+ years of experience working in a consulting operations role, with at least 3 years in Managerial position
• Knowledge of Oracle processes, operations, tools and guidelines preferable
• Expertise with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project and Access)
• Demonstrated initiative in an unstructured environment with multiple projects & priorities
• Proven ability to work in a team environment
