DACH Regional Sales Manager - Cloud Contact Centre

Our client is a UK headquartered software vendor that has just launched a cloud native omni channel contact centre solution.

The architecture of the solution started being built just 2 years ago and hence includes the most cutting edge technology that allows my client to build a highly customised experience to give it's clients exactly what they want no matter how specific their requirements may be. The client is free from legacy headaches and compromises which allows them to execute a feature rich roadmap at break neck speeds.

The client actually built up a pedigree in Telco software in the DACH region but has already sold a significant contact centre deal to a Service Provider in Germany and is in advnaced discussions with another. The client has an office in Frankfurt so at least initially the person would need to be based around that area to get up to speed with the solution.

The client is looking for a German speaking sales professional who has an understanding of either the Enterprise or Service Provider Contact Centre market (selling to or through), and ideally knows the local channel / resellers in the DACH landscape. The role could actually take on a wider geogratphy but the DACH area is the first target area.

The candidate would be joining a start-up environment so the person must be a self starter who is interested in building business from the ground up.
