Our client is a rapidly growing in-memory real-time analytics processing platform for instant insights and actions. Amongst their customers include the likes of: Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Schneider Electric.

The company has launched a new product about 2 years ago which helps enterprises deliver AI / ML into production and is going through major growth. They had a hugely successful year and are expanding internationally (currently they are sub 100 people but with massive growth potential).

The software platform itself contains all the necessary frameworks for scalable data-driven solutions including SQL, Spark, streaming, machine learning and deep learning. It allows applications to leverage faster and smarter insights from machine learning models running on any data source whether structured, unstructured or semi-structured while seamlessly accessing historical data from data lakes such as Hadoop, Amazon S3 Azure Blob Storage and more.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 5-10 years of proven track record in channel/partner management in the enterprise market – Mandatory

- Proven track record in opening new territories and penetrating new channels

- Experience in selling complex technology products – mandatory

- Experience in Big Data domain – An advantage

- Experience in working with various type of channels, including multi-national SIs. The client would like to target the likes of Capgemini, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, NTT Data, HPE and many more mid-sized channel partners to sell through (not just in the UK but across Europe and globally).

- An individual with an existing network in the channel markets – an advantage

- Comfortable engaging with different type of audience – technical/non-technical

- Experience with interaction with C-Level

- Self-starter and driven individual

Other details:

- Home-based role in the UK (they have a Regus office in Central London)

- Small existing team in the UK

- Ideally the person would be within 1 hour commute of London (most of the partners and clients are there)

- The role involves travel, primarily to Europe

- The engagement with the successful candidate will be as a contractor because the client does not have a payroll set up in the UK yet.
