Business Development Manager (OSS / BSS)

Our client is a leading European software and services company in the Telecoms space who sell OSS / BSS solutions to mobile and fiber service providers globally.
They are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic person who is able to take initiative and generate new business opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. Ideally, they are looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience selling into the telco service provider market in the region (they may also be interested in candidates coming from a presales role and looking to make the step into a full presales role).
This is a sole contributor sales role.

Degree in Business, Management, IT, Marketing or related
Minimum 3 years of experience in Australian and New Zealand telecommunication market
Proven successes in selling BSS/OSS products in Australia and New Zealand
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze customer requirements and needs
Goal oriented attitude
Excellent spoken and written English
Availability for frequent business trips in Australia and New Zealand (post-covid)


Supervising contract performance and customer satisfaction
Acquiring new contracts through planning and implementation of marketing strategy and sales strategy
Building a network of contacts and disseminating knowledge about Comarch solutions and services
Regular reporting of completed and planned activities
