The IT Department is full of a dedicated team of 190 IT professionals with a passion for doing good work in the community by supporting, maintaining, and monitoring of all telecommunication systems and infrastructure for the community's locations. THE WORK ENVIRONMENT You will be surrounded with 300 infrastructure devices. 14,000 connected devices, 9,000 wireless users 6,000 phones while supporting Cisco Unified Communication platforms. You will be working heavily with TCPIP communications. To be successful in this role, you will need to be ready to find solutions, have strong troubleshooting experience and voice system design experience. Required Qualifications REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Four (4) years of experience in systems design, support, and monitoring, preferably in a large corporate environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Network VOIP monitoring applications, Cisco IOS, Cisco Collaboration applications, Microsoft Windows Server OS and Telephony integrated applications. Strong competency in IP communications. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree requirement. Vendor or Industry awarded Technical Certificate in AnalogDigitalVoiceData Communications, especially related to large systems. PREFERRED Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice). Cisco Certified Network Professional Voice (CCNP Voice).
