2nd Line Support Engineer - Birmingham -£30K-35K
Key Skills: Windows Server 2012, Exchange Server 2013, Networking & Firewalls, Virtualization (VMware or Microsoft Azure)
An established Managed Service Provider based in Birmingham requires an experienced 2nd Line Engineer to join their team and deal with all escalations. This position is responsible for dedicated escalation support and 2nd / 3rd line troubleshooting. This individual must be extremely comfortable working in a Microsoft Server, Exchange, VMware and medium size business IT environment.
